  • Go to “My Orders”

  • Click “View All” to see your full order history

  • Select the item you wish to return

  • Click “Initiate Return”


3. 💰 Select Your Refund Method

Choose how you’d like to receive your refund:

  • 🔄 Original Payment Method (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile wallet)

  • 💳 Bank Transfer

  • 🛍️ Kinbo Store Credit (for faster reordering)


4. 📝 Fill Out the Return Form

  • Select a valid reason for your return

  • Choose a return method: Pickup or Drop-off

  • Submit the return form to complete your refund request

🚚 Drop-off / Pickup Instructions

✅ Drop-Off:

  • Visit your nearest Kinbo Shop Drop-off Point

  • Hand over your return package

  • Collect your Return Acknowledgment Receipt and keep it safe

✅ Pickup:

  • Our delivery partner will collect the item from your location on the scheduled date

  • Hand over the sealed package

  • Request and keep the Return Acknowledgment Slip

Conditions for Refund Approval

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Fashion items may be tried on but must show no signs of wear

  • All original components must be included:

    • 🏷️ Tags & labels

    • 📄 Manuals

    • 🛠️ Warranty cards

    • 🎁 Accessories & freebies

  • Product must be returned in original manufacturer packaging

❗ Products returned in poor or incomplete condition may be rejected and sent back.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages. These typically include:
